The Challenge
Bringing a novel sustainable technology to mass production requires meticulous planning, efficient resource management, and robust/scalable manufacturing processes. For CLEANR’s first product, this involved establishing reliable partnerships in South East Asia and optimizing various aspects of the manufacturing process, from initial design/prototypes to final validation. To ensure the product met our stringent quality standards and could be scaled effectively to reach households worldwide, CLEANR sought expertise in areas such as Bill of Materials (BOM) management, cost optimization, tooling design and production, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
