Our client assessment and staffing process ensures that your project receives the right expertise from the outset, leading to efficient and effective development.
Our client assessment and staffing process ensures that your project receives the right expertise from the outset, leading to efficient and effective development.At Penguin Made, our primary task is to assess our clients' readiness and their position within the product development process. Following the initial consultation, our team will assign the appropriate staff to cover the necessary disciplines, ranging from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to producing Class A production documentation—everything our clients need to ensure the successful manufacturing of their devices.
Tiered Supplier System
Our tiered supplier system provides flexibility and ensures that we can match the right supplier to your specific needs and budget, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
Penguin Made categorizes its suppliers into three tiers: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Each tier corresponds to the customer's required quality, level of financial support, and delivery expectations. Every supplier on our Approved Vendor List (AVL) is guaranteed by Penguin Made, and we take full responsibility for their performance. This tiered system enables our team to effectively meet each customer's goals. The selection of suppliers remains crucial to the overall success of the program.
Global Sourcing and In-Country Requirements
Our global sourcing strategy simplifies international production and ensures compliance with local regulations, minimizing risks and streamlining your supply chain.
The Penguin team has developed a global sourcing strategy that allows our customers to meet in-country requirements. For example, we facilitate final contract manufacturing in the USA through our local partners. Additionally, by utilizing local third-party logistics (3PL) providers, we can offer reverse logistics and product services as needed for our customers.
Process Controls and Documentation
Our implementation of proven process controls and comprehensive documentation ensures consistency, quality, and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
The team will implement process controls that have been developed, having been responsible for the delivery of leading technology products. This includes a rigorous set of documents, including a well-versed PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) plan that our clients can adopt.
